The core polyurea group. All 100%-solids, plural-component, applied through a heated proportioner and sprayed as a seamless membrane. These are the products behind bedliners, tank linings, structural steel maintenance, and below-grade waterproofing.
- OR93BL — 100% solids aromatic polyurea. The general-purpose corrosion barrier for steel, wood, and concrete. Best cost per square foot in the group. Spec: 20–60 mil DFT, SSPC-SP6 blast with 2–4 mil profile on new or heavily corroded steel.
- Flak Jacket 1 (FJ1) — Higher build, higher tear strength. For surfaces taking impact as well as exposure: truck beds, equipment decks, trailer floors, metal roofs in hail country. Spec: 60–80 mil DFT.
- Flak Jacket Pro — Highest abrasion and tensile grade in the catalog. Specified where the coating is the wear surface. Spec: 80–120 mil DFT on loader buckets, chutes, hoppers, aggregate dump bodies.
- OR7K Polyurea — General waterproofing polyurea for tanks, containment, planters, and water features. Spec: 60–80 mil DFT, continuous over all terminations.
- Badger Black — 100% solids polyurea for below-grade service: foundations, retaining walls, exterior basement walls. Spec: 40–60 mil DFT over primed, cured concrete; carry up to grade line.
- Super Orange Cleaner — Surface prep degreaser. Removes oil, grease, and shop film ahead of blast or grind. Not optional on shop equipment.

2. WatchGuard Roof
- OR-80SLM Silver Lining Membrane — Pure polyurea roof membrane, Miami-Dade approved. Seamless over metal, foam, and primed single-ply. The flagship of the roof line. Spec: 40–60 mil DFT; 7001 Primer at laps, fasteners, and over any existing membrane.
- Alasta Seal — Flexible polyurea membrane formulated for RV, camper, and trailer roofs. Elongation to live with a structure that flexes at highway speed. Spec: continuous over the full deck, wrapped at edges and every penetration.
- Flak Jacket 1 (FJ1) — Doubles as a roof product where impact resistance is the priority: hail-exposure metal roofs and walkable roof surfaces. Spec: 60–80 mil DFT.
- Roofing-grade closed-cell foam — Applied under membrane for slope correction, R-value, and a monolithic substrate. Spec: 1–1.5" nominal, tapered for positive drainage, membraned same day where possible.
Why it matters: commercial roofs fail at the details, not in the field. Sprayed membrane has no seams, no laps, and no fastener penetrations to fail.
3. WatchGuard Floor
- OR-621 Basecoat — The bond and build layer of the floor system. Goes down over profiled, tested concrete. Spec: over CSP 3–5 profile, moisture vapor emission verified.
- OR-55 Topcoat — The finish and wear layer. UV-stable, chemically resistant, and the surface the customer actually sees. Spec: over cured OR-621, clear or pigmented, with flake or quartz broadcast where a decorative finish is specified.
- OR-75DCL Topcoat — Alternate topcoat where a different build or gloss is called for.
- OR-ACR-42 — System component for build and adhesion in specific floor assemblies.
- OR-E41 Epoxy Primer — Epoxy priming layer for slabs where an epoxy tie-coat is preferred to a polyaspartic build.
Turnaround: a residential garage is typically a one-day install with next-day vehicle traffic. Commercial floors go down over a weekend and take forklift traffic Monday.
4. WatchGuard Concrete
- Concrete Mender — Structural concrete repair that penetrates into the crack network and rebuilds the concrete rather than sitting on top of it as a patch. Used on spalled joints, popouts, cracked slabs, loading docks, ramps, and steps.
The important distinction: a patching compound is a different material bonded to the slab, and it will eventually debond because it shrinks differently and moves differently. Concrete Mender penetrates and cures within the existing concrete matrix, so the repair is monolithic with the slab.
In practice this is what lets a floor contractor take a slab that a general contractor was quoting as demo-and-repour and instead repair it and coat it — usually the same day.
Spec: clean and open the defect, apply Concrete Mender, grind flush once cured, then proceed with OR-621 basecoat and OR-55 topcoat as a normal floor install.
5. WatchGuard Foam
- Closed-cell spray polyurethane foam — Nominal 2 lb/ft³. Delivers R-value, air sealing, vapor control, and structural stiffening in one application. Spec: 2–3" typical in walls and roofline; consult local code for vapor-retarder thickness.
- Open-cell spray polyurethane foam — Nominal 0.5 lb/ft³. Cost-efficient cavity fill with excellent sound attenuation. Vapor permeable, so assembly design matters. Spec: full cavity fill, trimmed flush.
- Roofing-grade closed-cell foam — Higher density than insulation grade, formulated to be walked on and coated. Spec: 1–1.5" over prepared deck, topcoated with OR-80SLM or an elastomeric.
Where foam earns its keep in ag and industrial work: condensation. A metal roof over a livestock barn, potato storage, or cold storage building rains on its own contents every temperature swing. Closed-cell foam on the underside stops it outright.
6. WatchGuard Primer
- 7001 Primer — Quick-setting, multi-surface adhesion primer. Bonds polyurea and coating systems to TPO, EPDM, most single-ply membranes, concrete, metal, wood, galvanized, and previously coated surfaces. Stops bleed-through from the original finish.
This is the single most useful product in the catalog and the one dealers most often underestimate. It is the reason a roof restoration can happen without a tear-off, the reason a coating can go over an unknown existing finish without ghosting through, and the reason polyurea works on substrates that would otherwise reject it.
Because it sets quickly, a crew can prime and topcoat in the same visit instead of losing a day to primer cure — which on a large roof is the difference between a two-day job and a three-day job.
Spec: clean and dry substrate, apply at manufacturer coverage rate, topcoat within the stated recoat window.
